Hello beautiful peoples!

I love mixing flavours. There is something deeply satisfying about it. A blend of spices and herbs can make or break a dish, turning something simple into something memorable or something you wish you could forget…
Many years ago, we stumbled across the extremely aromatic and vibrant flavours of Indian cuisine and we were instantly hooked. Since then, we have been experimenting in our own kitchen, mixing spices, trying new combinations, and figuring out what works for us.
Here is the result of our trials and errors, our current favourite meat dry rub inspired by Indian cuisine:
• 1 tablespoon ground ginger
• 1 tablespoon garlic granules (or powder)
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 tablespoon garam masala
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon onion granules (or powder)
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
I usually make a larger batch, about 10 to 12 portions, bag it, and keep it stored in the fridge door until I need it. Saves me time in the long run…

Then, “when the time is right”, you take your meat, whether it is a pack of diced chicken breasts, chicken thighs, or whatever you have on hand, and make sure it is well coated in the rub…

Then you either fry it in a pan or cook it in the oven until it is fully cooked and looking absolutely fantastic.

Bone apple teeth… 😁😜😉!
Catch you on the flip side,
AndrzejL
